Carl now helps to develop new techniques and products and regularly holds workshops at Gielly Green. He teaches hair colour, trends and techniques, inspiring and nurturing young talent, giving back to the industry that has given so much to him for the last 25 years.
Carl worked closely with Makeup Director, Freddie Stropler to create the haggard look of a character held captive. This was an enjoyable challenge as it was far from glamorous, so completely outside of his comfort zone.
